Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, collecting pertinent information through interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address client-specific concerns, and employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate ongoing individual therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while supporting their journey toward healing.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly assessing progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering to ethical and regulatory requirements, including timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision, while remaining informed about current trends and techniques in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
