Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document treatment progress and continuously assess treatment plans in accordance with company policies and best practices.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring a high standard of care while meeting administrative requirements.

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to broaden access to services within our community.

• Explore and implement creative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals.

• Work closely with case managers, families, and other health professionals to deliver integrated care across various service providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact individuals, couples, children, and families from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as mental health disorders, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.

• Strong knowledge of family therapy services and community resources; familiarity with fee collection at the time of service is advantageous.

• Proven experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently.

• Competence and confidence in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, as well as demonstrating effective communication skills.
