Work Environment\n

As a remote workplace, we provide our therapists with flexibility in their scheduling and client interactions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team virtually, allowing for a balance of independence and support. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a structured work-life balance while offering necessary mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
\n
• Engage in collaboration with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and facilitate positive outcomes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and show commitment to their journey toward recovery and mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals, couples, children, and families from various backgrounds, navigating issues such as relationship challenges, mental health disorders, trauma, and addiction. Your expertise will be essential in helping under-resourced communities access the mental health support they need, thus playing a vital role in promoting well-being and resilience among diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
\n
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong knowledge and understanding of family therapy services, effective treatment strategies, and community resources available to clients.

• Proven experience in completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
\n
• Experience working with clients of varying ages, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and rapport with clients.

• Experience and comfort working with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
\n

• Experience in teletherapy and utilizing online platforms for therapy sessions.

• User familiarity with mental health record-keeping software or electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• A proactive approach to fee collection and related administrative tasks.

• Annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
