You will utilize telehealth platforms as well as in-person sessions at our outpatient facility, catering to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, engaging in individual, family, and group therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Implement creative therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, fostering a supportive pathway to mental wellness.

• Document treatment progress accurately, including session notes and treatment plan reviews, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance client support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health documentation, including diagnosis assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a clinical setting.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interactions with clients and team members.

• The ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
