Key Responsibilities\n

• Caseload Management: Manage an active caseload of 25-30 weekly appointments, providing individualized therapy based on clients’ needs—this can include individual sessions, family counseling, and group therapy.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plan revisions, and progress updates in compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and bridge any gaps in services.

Qualifications\n
