Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely from your home or preferred location while engaging in meaningful therapy sessions with clients through telehealth platforms. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the ability to manage your caseload according to your personal preferences. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, facilitating sessions that include individual, family, and group therapy.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, adhering to the company’s policies regarding treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes.

• Provide excellent customer service, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment approaches that align with our mission.

• Implement creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to aid clients in achieving their mental health goals and enhancing their quality of life.

• Coordinate care and services with case managers, families, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise in family therapy will be instrumental in addressing various issues that may arise, such as behavioral problems, communication difficulties, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
