Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from home while being part of a collaborative outpatient facility. You will have the flexibility of a Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule, permitting you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster positive outcomes.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care practices.

• Monitoring client progress, maintaining accurate records, and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
