Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, establishing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

  Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring high-quality psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families through both virtual and telehealth sessions.

  Deliver exceptional client service and engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve our collective goal of improving community mental health access.

  Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and techniques that encourage clients to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

  Document all clinical interactions accurately according to company policies, including treatment plans and case notes that reflect ongoing assessments.

  Coordinate with case managers, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT role focuses on serving a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.   A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
