Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based methods to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring a personal touch while meeting the demands of the therapeutic relationship.

• Document client progress through continuous and detailed record-keeping, including treatment plans, session notes, and case reviews, adhering strictly to Diamondback’s policies and protocols.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering collaborative relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals working together to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching and exceeding their treatment goals, striving to empower them on their personal journeys.

• Coordinate with case managers, school staff, and medical personnel to ensure an integrated approach to care for clients across various settings when necessary.
