Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing vital outpatient therapy services. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the autonomy to manage your schedule around client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate diagnosis and develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions through both in-person and telehealth formats.
\n
• Document all client interactions, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan revisions, and progress notes, in accordance with organizational policies.
\n
• Offer outstanding customer service while collaborating with case managers, medical staff, and other behavioral health professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.
\n
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to empower clients towards achieving their mental health goals, adapting methods to meet diverse client needs.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in delivering compassionate care to those overcoming addiction and navigating life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong foundation in family therapy frameworks and practices.
\n
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries in a therapeutic setting.

• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and integrity while providing services.
\n
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with mental health documentation such as Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Previous work with a diverse population, specifically addressing issues common to children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Familiarity with community resources and the fee collection process at the time of service.

• Comfortable with telehealth practices and technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
