Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health and relational needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using best practices in marriage and family therapy, focused on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to address complex relationship dynamics within families, including issues related to trauma, anxiety, and stress.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
