Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while you connect with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and establish comprehensive treatment plans catered to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring that you provide exceptional care and pathway for client progress.

• Document all clinical interactions, progress notes, and treatment plan updates in compliance with company policies to ensure continuity in care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing creativity in your therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other professionals to coordinate care in a manner that is conducive to the client’s needs.

• Enhance the overall client experience by delivering outstanding customer service and adapting your approach to individual circumstances.

As an LMFT at Diamondback Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficient understanding of family therapy services, community resources, and comfort with fee collection.

• Effective boundary setting and ethical practice skills to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Capable of passing a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
