Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings as well as treatment planning discussions to develop comprehensive care strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and construct individualized treatment plans that are regularly updated as progress is made or needs change.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with agency regulations and confidentiality protocols.

• Deliver expert diagnoses for children and adolescents, utilizing a thorough knowledge of developmental psychology to inform treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement impactful treatment interventions to address a variety of behavioral and emotional challenges faced by clients, regularly evaluating their effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.
