Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brookdale Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental and emotional health.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitating both individual and family therapy sessions, addressing a variety of issues such as marital conflict, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding and management of behavioral health issues.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate and improve care delivery.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including couples, children, adolescents, and families facing a broad spectrum of challenges. You will address complex issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
