Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, developing tailored treatment plans in alignment with each client's unique circumstances.

• Handle psychological evaluations, providing clear and constructive feedback to clients and, when appropriate, guiding consultations for additional mental health professionals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions to treat psychological conditions, adjusting approach based on patient responsiveness and progress.

• Document treatment plans and maintain accurate records related to patient progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

As an LMFT at Sutter Health Counseling, you will play an essential role in supporting both individuals and families, facilitating healthy communication and relationships, and addressing complex emotional concerns across various demographics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
\n
• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic role is essential.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for active listening and empathy.
\n
• Proven ability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations, demonstrating skills in de-escalation techniques.

• Solid understanding of human behavior, various mental health disorders, along with strategies for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.

• Capacity to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including but not limited to paperwork, billing, and insurance claims.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth protocols and familiarity with online therapy platforms.

• Background in group therapy management or facilitation.
\n
• Knowledge of bariatric psychological evaluations and treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will receive an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
