Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality care.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective therapeutic interventions.

As an LMFT at Opti Mind & Soul Counseling, you will primarily support individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your services will be particularly impactful for vulnerable groups such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence, offering them an empathetic ear and structured pathways toward recovery.

Qualifications\n
