Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setup, allowing you the flexibility to create a workspace that suits your personal needs. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while maintaining a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop effective treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions tailored to meet client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship through excellent customer service, actively engaging clients in their treatment journey while ensuring they feel heard and valued.

• Utilize creative strategies and evidence-based interventions to empower clients to set and achieve personal goals, adjusting approaches as needed to enhance effectiveness.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, educational staff, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive services, ensuring holistic care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n
