Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds, each facing different challenges in their mental health journeys. You will work with individuals and families experiencing issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse populations will be crucial in effectively meeting their needs and helping them achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State, or eligibility for licensure if you are transitioning from another state.

• Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse populations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet varying cultural needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly with teletherapy models.

Compensation and Benefits\n
