Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to foster a safe and inviting therapeutic space, essential for effective treatment.

• Assess, diagnose, and address a variety of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions as well as couples and family sessions, adapting your approach to cater to the unique dynamics present.

• Regularly reassess treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring that therapy remains relevant and effective for each patient's evolving needs.

• Implement interventions to assist clients in managing mental health disorders, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles and improved interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate with external specialists and resources when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for patients with complex needs.

• Document session notes and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, while keeping up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license is required.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment methodologies for mental health and addiction issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
