Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse caseload of individuals and families.

• Provide brief individual therapy for clients within the Functional Restoration Program (FRP), tracking and evaluating progress throughout their journey.

• Implement evidence-based practices, particularly in pain psychology, to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize clinical judgment to foster strong rapport with clients, guiding them towards meaningful changes and healthier lifestyle habits.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes for effective case management.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing chronic pain, trauma, and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in your specified location.

Compensation and Benefits\n
