As a remote therapist, you will work primarily in an outpatient setting, engaging with clients through virtual therapy sessions using telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders on clients, utilizing standardized tools for an accurate diagnosis.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances, aspirations, and preferences.
\n
• Utilize a range of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate progress in clients facing mood-related issues.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor client progress by keeping meticulous records, measuring outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create an integrated approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of their well-being are addressed.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance your therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical guidelines by ensuring all documentation is accurate and confidential.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities to further refine your skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work toward reducing stigma associated with their experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients seeking therapy for mood disorders, relationship challenges, and the complexities associated with divorce. You will provide support tailored to both individuals and families, helping them navigate life’s transitions and conflicts in a therapeutic setting designed to foster connection and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• A current and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, nonjudgmental demeanor, paired with an empathetic understanding of clients' struggles and experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and maintain documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
