Work Environment\n

This is a remote position with opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues in an outpatient office setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while efficiently meeting the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Diamondback Health Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and devise tailored treatment plans in alignment with client goals.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Deliver exceptional client service while collaborating with a diverse team to address the unique challenges faced by our community.
\n
• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions that promote meaningful client progress and exceed their personal objectives.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for each session, including diagnosis, treatment plan updates, and clinical case notes, following company policy and established guidelines.

• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals as necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role encompasses a diverse patient population, with a focus on children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, providing tailored solutions that respect their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively connecting with clients and colleagues alike.

• Ability to maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients, ensuring a professional and therapeutic environment.

• A commitment to working with a diverse clientele and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health services.

• Capability to pass a background check consistent with regulatory requirements for mental health professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with a customizable compensation plan. Benefits include:
