Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients to foster an open therapeutic relationship.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop customized treatment plans that take into account the individual circumstances, preferences, and goals of each patient.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, groups, or families and actively engage in teletherapy sessions via secure platforms.

• Continuously monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance efficacy.

• Provide referrals to specialists or community resources to ensure clients receive holistic care tailored to their specific needs.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children and adolescents to adults who present with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
