Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will participate in comprehensive therapy sessions that include both couple’s therapy and individual counseling. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting intake assessments for new clients and developing personalized treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of families and individuals.
\n
• Working closely with couples to navigate conflicts, improve communication, and resolve issues related to separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of presenting issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and job-related stress.
\n
• Tracking and documenting client progress while being responsive to changes in treatment needs and goals.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily include adults as well as children and adolescents. Many clients come to us seeking help with issues including but not limited to relationship difficulties, adjustment to life transitions, and psychosocial stressors stemming from family dynamics. As a key member of our clinical team, your contributions will be integral in providing effective therapeutic support to these varied populations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in the following areas:

• Therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Experience working in outpatient settings with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
