- Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them in their recovery journey. \n
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and circumstances. \n
- Engage in coordinated care efforts by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. \n

- Maintain meticulous records that comply with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and trust. \n
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to stay aligned with organizational goals and enhance personal growth. \n
- Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, supporting initiatives to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services. \n
Your primary focus will be on clients battling mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as well as other related mental health issues. You will also work with supporting groups, such as individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, ensuring that you are responsive to the unique challenges they face. Your expertise and empathy will be critical in fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients can explore their feelings and receive the guidance they need.
