Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to effectively diagnose and treat various mental health conditions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and circumstances, ensuring all plans align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, offering support and guidance to help them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Utilize standardized tools and methodologies to monitor client progress, conduct ongoing evaluations, and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and make referrals to specialists when appropriate.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available resources to foster greater understanding and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Community Mental Healthcare, you will work closely with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
