Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Offer both joint and individual therapy sessions to couples and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address complex emotional and relational issues.

• Provide specialized support for various family dynamics, focusing on problems such as alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, and divorce.

• Facilitate conflict resolution in family settings, helping clients overcome challenges relating to communication barriers and parenting within blended families.

• Utilize digital tools for case management and documentation to ensure accurate and efficient client records.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
