Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care in a group practice setting, fostering comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the needs of each patient.

• Offer prompt virtual assistance and support to families facing acute crises, utilizing strong communication and conflict resolution skills to stabilize situations effectively.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to formulate personalized treatment strategies, continuously updating and monitoring these plans to ensure they align with progress and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to address each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active California state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.
