This role is uniquely designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate both personal preferences and patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate client mental health conditions through detailed assessments and diagnostics, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.

• Create and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, and modify these plans as needed to reflect their progress and evolving needs.

• Manage Client Caseload: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 25 to 30 weekly client visits, encompassing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, while ensuring timely and thorough documentation.

• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with fellow clinicians, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Provide Exceptional Client Care: Utilize creative intervention strategies to engage clients in therapy and motivate them toward their goals, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Prepare and submit session notes and case documentation according to company policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. With a focus on holistic approaches, you will support patients facing various challenges, from relational issues to mental health disorders, including those stemming from trauma and addiction. Your cultural competence and ability to build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds will be essential in fostering trusting therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong understanding of family systems therapy, community resources, and mental health documentation practices.

• Experience with developing and executing treatment plans, as well as writing clinical case notes and diagnostic assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior clinical experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Comfort with fee collection processes at the time of service and familiarity with insurance billing can be advantageous.
