Work Environment\n

As a member of our outpatient team, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having the option to collaborate in our office setting in Buffalo. Our work environment is designed to promote autonomy and creativity in your practice. You'll engage with a diverse array of clients, each with unique stories and needs, fostering a rich and fulfilling therapeutic experience. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a structured yet flexible opportunity to manage your caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client mental health diagnoses and craft tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients, ensuring regular sessions and effective follow-up, contributing positively to their therapeutic journey.

• Document every session meticulously in compliance with company protocols, including ongoing assessments, treatment plans, and detailed case notes.

• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and fill community gaps in mental health support.

• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals, adapting interventions to suit individual circumstances and preferences.

• Coordinate care with case managers, schools, medical personnel, and families to create a holistic support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with children, adolescents, couples, and families navigating various life challenges, including issues related to addiction, family dynamics, and personal mental health struggles. A deep understanding of family therapy services, community resources, and effective communication with a diverse client base is essential for success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

• The ability to demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment is crucial.

• Candidates must be comfortable working with patients from diverse backgrounds and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Preferred Experience\n

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
