Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Youth Mental Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Implementing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to facilitate effective treatment and support.

• Developing customized treatment plans that set clear, attainable goals and interventions aligned with our clients' needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to address immediate client needs.

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing the therapeutic experience and fostering community support.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n
