Work Environment\n

This role is a remote position, allowing for flexibility while providing exceptional care. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team of professionals from various backgrounds, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover clients' mental health challenges as well as their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and enact personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and targeted interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.

• Implement crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, as necessary to safeguard client wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and informative psychoeducation classes designed to support and empower clients in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable experience and contribution, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 100,000, along with performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
