Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms to guide treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific requirements, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients’ emotional challenges.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive treatment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.

• Ensure optimal confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines through accurate and thorough documentation.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Advocate for client needs and help reduce the stigma around mental health issues through community engagement and outreach.
