Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with each client's needs.

• Document all aspects of client sessions meticulously, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan revisions, and clinical case notes, in compliance with company protocols.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 active clients on a weekly basis, providing culturally sensitive and individualized interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, case managers, and other health professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal client outcomes.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to guide clients in achieving their mental health goals, adapting strategies as necessary based on their progress.
