Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and challenges, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment planning.

• Administer individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities conducive to personal growth.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document sessions meticulously in accordance with ethical standards to uphold client confidentiality and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
