Work Environment\n

The role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to counsel clients effectively from the comfort of your own space or during on-site sessions at our outpatient office when necessary. Our collaborative culture encourages therapists to engage with one another through virtual meetings and occasional in-person gatherings. Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a work-life balance that supports personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about the nature of mood disorders, various treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower their recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
