Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with clients.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable treatment goals and regularly assess their progress towards these objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention and connect clients with additional resources, ensuring they receive the appropriate support during critical times.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards of practice.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least four years of relevant experience in an outpatient mental health or therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
