Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for patients, carefully evaluating the dynamics of couples and families to identify their unique strengths, challenges, and specific needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to the client’s goals.

• Provide ongoing counseling services focused on improving communication, conflict resolution, and emotional support, helping clients navigate issues such as marital challenges, parenting disputes, and family dynamics.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and goal achievements in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, including making referrals when necessary and participating in interdisciplinary case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on couples and families seeking support for a wide range of issues—including but not limited to relationship strains, communication barriers, anxiety, and depression. You will engage with diverse clients, respecting their individual backgrounds and experiences while aiming to build trust and practitioner-client rapport. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
