Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, crafting individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practices.

• Maintain a managed caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring timely and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support, actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing their journey toward achieving personal and treatment goals.

• Document each session meticulously, including assessments, treatment updates, and clinical notes, per organizational policies, ensuring compliance with mental health documentation standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and case consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and responsiveness to client needs.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guideline Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current, active LMFT licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
