Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms. This will involve one-on-one sessions where therapists actively listen and gather pertinent information about the client's emotional state and experiences.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients’ individual needs, goals, and preferences, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies through workshops or individualized sessions to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans in response to evolving needs and demonstrating a commitment to their health and well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach is maintained across all aspects of client treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest research, adaptations in treatment methodologies, and advancements in mental health care to continually enhance therapeutic practices within the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
