Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose conditions accurately, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Document ongoing client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, adhering to company policies and best practices for mental health documentation.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 clients per week, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities in individual, family, and group settings.

• Deliver high-quality customer service while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers and medical professionals, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage in creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in not only meeting but exceeding their treatment goals.

• Carry out session documentation in real-time, ensuring compliance with guidelines and robust treatment evaluation.

• Encourage ongoing coordination of care, engaging with family members and community resources to provide holistic support for each client.

As an LMFT at We Care Healthcare Center, you will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• Strong foundation in family therapy principles and familiarity with community resources.

• Experience with mental health documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Experience working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, is essential.
