Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to formulate accurate diagnoses and design individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual and group therapy sessions through both in-person and telehealth methods.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging therapeutic environment, ensuring that clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to each client's goals, facilitating meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

• Adhere to company policies by completing all required documentation, including session notes, ongoing assessments, and treatment plan updates promptly.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, family members, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and address any necessary additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise will help identify and address the unique needs of each client, fostering resilience and personal growth in a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong foundation in family therapy theories, models, and practices.

• Proven capability in mental health documentation including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Demonstrated ability to set healthy and appropriate boundaries in therapeutic relationships.

• A willingness to work with and learn from a diverse clientele across various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as part of our hiring process.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in fee collection at the time of service and proficient use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
