Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, applying clinical judgment to develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and monitor their progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Participate in regular team meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one consultations with your clinical supervisor to foster professional growth and address challenges.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client records, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, children, teens, and families. This role values cultural competence, with a focus on providing inclusive care for clients from various backgrounds, including those who identify as LGBTQIA and clients of color. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their unique challenges and facilitating hope and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current and valid state-issued LMFT license.
\n
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
