Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that address the emotional complexities clients face during their rehabilitation journey. You will utilize various therapeutic modalities, adjusting your approach according to the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gather insights into clients’ relational dynamics and emotional struggles. Based on your evaluations, you will develop personalized treatment plans that align emotional health with rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians to ensure an integrated approach to care, participating in virtual team meetings to synchronize therapeutic goals and updates.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention post-assessment, especially during challenging periods in a client’s rehabilitation. This may include developing safety plans or connecting clients to additional resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records including progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Regularly update these documents to track the progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
