This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients in a comfortable and efficient manner. Our outpatient office serves as the central hub for collaboration among our mental health professionals. The designated working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., fostering a balanced work-life arrangement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals and progress, ensuring alignment with best practices in therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop coping strategies and improve emotional regulation.

• Monitor client progress through the use of regular follow-up assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in needs or objectives.
