Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting families and individuals through various challenges. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing various family dynamics and mental health issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and more.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that promote improved communication and conflict resolution.

• Providing support and counseling for specific issues such as blended families, separation and divorce, and mother/daughter conflicts.

• Documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
