Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address critical issues, including communication difficulties, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to each family member to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in navigating complex emotions and relationship dynamics.

• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.
\n
• Engaging in regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share insights from your sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be pivotal in serving a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of challenges. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as:
