Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, including timely discussions on discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized person-centered treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, utilizing our electronic health record systems.

• Provide direct psychotherapy services, engaging in individual counseling sessions tailored to clients’ specific challenges.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision for professional growth and skill enhancement.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $75,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
