Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to promote healing and growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couple's therapy, and family interventions, building a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to reflect patient progress, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous learning opportunities through workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families with limited access to mental health services, helping them overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding the social and economic factors that may impact your clients can significantly improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
