Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress and stability, facilitate upcoming appointments, and plan for discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, for every client interaction.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine suitable therapeutic approaches for new clients.
\n
• Conducting individual therapy sessions weekly, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and development.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on treating a diverse clientele in an outpatient setting, including various age groups and backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your skills in direct psychotherapy services will be instrumental in providing support to those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing various technological tools and systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy, to enhance client management and organizational efficiency.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong foundation in counseling methodologies.
\n
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care, will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with collaborative care models and multi-disciplinary team environments is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year. Our compensation package includes:
